Guns N’ Roses return to rock Wellington in 2021!

Guns N' Roses are set to return to New Zealand with a new show at Sky Stadium on Friday 19 November 2021, presented by TEG Dainty.

The show will be Guns N’ Roses second time performing in front of a Wellington crowd after making our rock’n’roll dreams come true in 2017 with the Not In This Lifetime tour and is the only chance for the North Island to witness Axl, Slash and Duff’s undeniable onstage chemistry.

As the first Stadium tour announcement since the advent of COVID-19 and border closures pressing pause on touring, this tour is the light at the end of a bleak tunnel.

Sky Stadium CEO, Shane Harmon, says “we are thrilled to be able to kick start International Touring in Wellington again”.

“Guns N’ Roses delivered one of the most memorable shows we’ve hosted back in 2017 and we can’t wait to have them back in 2021”.

Warrick Dent, General Manager Events and Experiences, said "we know concerts like this provide a real boost to the local economy. They historically attract thousands of out of town visitors which will be music to the ears of accommodation providers, as well as the hospitality, retail and tourism sectors, who are all looking to bounce back after a challenging year.”

All aboard the Nightrain to Paradise City for what promises to be a huge celebration of the unbreakable human spirit! You don’t want to miss one of the greatest bands of all time.

Ticket pre-sales will start from Monday 23 November at 9am with general public tickets on sale from 10am on Thursday 26 November from Ticketek.
